@nickt916 Dear Nick, Yeah I see what you mean. I can see top speed after the fact on the PC. I’m not sure if locking that top speed on the watch real-time is possible or not. I would recommend calling Garmin Tech at 800-800-1020. It is what I do when I can’t find the answer for customers in the body of known writings on the topic. They are pretty good and I’m sure they will know. I would love to know the answer.
@HeartRateMonitor1 so the 210 would be best for a sprinter and just to check top speed etc? does it give a speed graph when transfered to a PC or anything of that sort, or can top speed be reviewed on the watch after the run? My goal is to basically try to reach top speed on each run and see if im improving or not etc, dont really care much about the pace times and distance etc…
@nickt916 Yes the devices record top speed. I use them all the time to see what my precise top speed is on descents. With Garmin you will need to download to Garmin Connect. Garmin makes the best GPS training devices hands down. I’d look at the Garmin 210 since it does intervals and real time speed. The 410 is too complex.
Im sprinter and train for 100m and 200m I rely on achiving my top speed MPH, do you know if this watch records a top speed achived and then can be downloaded on to the PC or reviewed on the watch itself? If this watch doesnt not record top speed do you know if there is a GPS watch that records a top speed? Thank you
@tayloriconfory how is it????
dude i owe you big time
